FPFC Committee Descriptions

Harvest Forum and Fair Committee Mission Statement:

The Harvest Forum and Fair Committee leads the planning and execution of FPFC’s
premier annual gathering, uniting the produce and floral industries for networking,
education, and business growth. The committee oversees every aspect of the
event—from selecting the venue, date, and theme to shaping the program, securing
sponsors, and engaging exhibitors and attendees—ensuring a vibrant, well-organized,
and impactful experience for all participants.

Event Committee Mission Statement:

The FPFC Events Committee plans and delivers exceptional industry gatherings by
selecting venues, setting dates and themes, coordinating sponsorships, driving
attendance, and ensuring events complement the broader industry calendar. Committee
members take full ownership of each event, from pre-planning to on-site volunteer
support, creating engaging and impactful experiences for all participants.

Floral Committee Mission Statement:

The FPFC Floral Committee strengthens the floral industry by identifying trends, sharing
insights, and fostering member engagement. Through industry-relevant programming,
member recruitment, and the development of beneficial events, the committee ensures
FPFC initiatives reflect current market needs and deliver lasting value to members.

Social Media Committee Mission Statement:

The FPFC Social Media Committee drives member engagement across key platforms
by providing strategic consultation, reviewing analytics, and brainstorming compelling
content that amplifies FPFC’s presence and strengthens connections within the fresh
produce and floral community.
