General Event Information
What is the date and location of the event?
The FPFC Produce & Floral Holiday Showcase will be held on August 26 and 27 at the Westin South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa. Attendee registration is open until August 19.
What is the theme of the FPFC Showcase?
The theme of the FPFC Produce & Floral Holiday Showcase is “A Showcase for All Seasons.” We’re celebrating the key holiday and seasonal moments that drive the fresh produce and floral industries throughout the year. The showcase brings together industry leaders, educational programming, networking opportunities and exhibitors to recognize and celebrate the seasons—from Halloween and Thanksgiving to the Super Bowl and Valentine’s Day. These traditions fuel innovation, sales, and growth across the industry.
Did this event replace the FPFC Expo?
This event is the evolution of the FPFC Expo. We’ve reimagined and rebranded the expo into an education-focused experience with an exhibition hall for showcasing fresh produce and floral products, seasonal ideas and holiday promotions. While we have transformed our traditional Expo format, the opportunity for exhibitors to connect with FPFC members, buyers, and industry professionals remains a key part of the event.
What makes this new event format different?
We’ve worked hard to create a more intimate environment for buyers, attendees, exhibitors, and speakers, with an emphasis on education and networking. Exhibitors will have more meaningful opportunities to engage with attendees throughout the event rather than competing for attention in a large trade show environment.
To preserve the friendly, familiar atmosphere, available exhibit space is intentionally limited. A select number of exhibit opportunities are available so we can focus on building relationships and facilitating quality connections for attendees.
For more information on exhibits, refer to the Exhibition Hall Questions section of this FAQ.
What type of buyers will be in attendance?
A variety of produce and floral buyers will be at the Produce & Floral Holiday Showcase, including representatives from retailers, food service, independent grocers, online retailers, hospitality, restaurants and bars.
As a buyer, am I hosted?

Are there sponsorship opportunities for the event?
